Course Outline

The Award in Casino Table Games Operations is a fully-interactive e-learning self-led course for existing casino professionals to expand their skills, identify and internalize casino procedures, and security protocols of the most famous eight casino games which are Roulette, Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Three Card Poker, Texas Hold'em Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Mini-Baccarat and Mini-Punto Banco. The Award consists of 11 ECTS and is accredited by the Malta Further Higher Education Authority at level 5 of the Malta and European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance of table games operations and procedures

  • Recognize the duties of a casino shift manager.

  • Internalize processes and standards of casino games in land-based casinos and live-studio casinos.

  • Recognize and mitigate cheating methods in a casino.

  • Become proficient in the payments of winning bets of the eight most famous casino table games.

  • Analyze and evaluate the casino table games that are dealt smoothly and professionally according to the rules and procedures of the casino.

  • Report game irregularities in a detailed manner for management to solve any raised incidents.

  • Recognize accurate professional croupier work.

  • Recognize the most efficient management decisions in various casino incidents.

Training Pays Scheme Refund

If you reside in Malta, you will receive €1500 of your course fee back via the Training Pays Scheme and the course fee after you receive the refund will be €500.

Invest In Skills Scheme Refund

If you are a company registered in Malta, you will receive up to €22 per hour per trainee via the Invest In Skills Scheme.
